Matt Hendricks
Matt fell in love with computers when he was only two, and he has always loved using them. He was motivated to study web development so he could create his own personal business website. This gives Matt the unique perspective of being both the developer and the business owner who depends on the website to grow his small business.
Matt also enjoys photography and is proficient in using Adobe Photoshop. In addition, he is a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography’s Complete Course in Professional Photography. He is a board member of the Grand Rapids Camera Club. Matt has attended classes at the Rocky Mountain School of Photography, and has taken workshops with Gerlach Nature Photography and Todd and Brad Reed.
His other passion is knife sharpening. Matt owns and runs The Sharpening Guy LLC. His specialty is sharpening knives, but he also sharpens scissors, garden tools, woodworking tools, and various other items. He knows from personal experience how important a website can be to a business.
Matt enjoys spending time with his family, who assist him in both of his business ventures, You will often find him walking a pack of dogs or riding his bike. Matt volunteers at the Fredrick Meijer Gardens and Sculpture Park as well as at church, at the Grand Rapids Camera Club, and in his neighborhood.
